At these businesses I have gained hands on experience with digital marketing, mass media advertising, and outreach coordination. I was the head graphic designer on site and created marketing materials including flyers, banners, social media graphics, and miscellaneous projects. I acted as event coordinator and planned multiple successful events for these businesses like the Jackson Properties Spring Tailgate, Capital City Runners Ladies Night, Capital City Runners Weight Loss Clinic, and more.

I have done graphic design work for various companies for 4 years. Businesses and organizations I have worked with include the Tallahassee Marathon, Ruff Life Dog Treats, Bannerman Crossings Shopping Center, Axios Salt Spa & Juice Bar, OrangeTheory Fitness, Florida Glass, Tallahassee Community College Sports Department, InFit Revolution, and more.
PROJECTS
Tally’s Beach Cleanup
This is a volunteering event I created and organized myself. I networked with four local businesses to sponsor my event by providing materials and volunteers to travel out to St. George Island where we picked up litter from multiple sections of the public beach with the goal of making our environment cleaner and greener. I planned this event from start to finish and created all advertising materials, online marketing, networking, and execution. The event was a success with a twenty-person volunteer turnout. The event was shared on Fun for Tally Kids and the Tallahassee Times and is set to occur annually.
It Could Happen TCC
While at Tallahassee Community College, I received the highest award for my Anti-Texting and Driving Campaign called “It Could Happen TCC” by Sachs Media Group, the Anthony Phoenix Branca Foundation, and communication professor Reggie Grant. For the campaign, my group created a website, social media accounts, video, stickers, and a guerilla marketing campaign to bring awareness to the dangers of distracted driving.
My campaign was then adopted by the Anthony Phoenix Branca Foundation and compiled with other anti-texting and driving campaigns to create one massive campaign.
VOLUNTEER WORK
I periodically volunteer with various organizations like Planned Parenthood LAT and Meals on Wheels to better my community. I also take part in political and social activism and participate in bill hearings, political rallies, marches, and petitions.
